III. Project Description
Full transfer of PCB (IT core component) manufacturing base to China has promoted domestic PCB industry to grow at the rate of 20% for the past five consecutive years. Nearly 1.2 billion PCB general micro-drilling and only a few minutes of service life have become the bottleneck for PCB industry in enhancing profits and productivity. Under great support of international cooperation program under the Ministry of Science and Technology and "863" Program, the Project had adopted the internationally leading magnetron sputtering ion plating technology. 0.15-0.35 mm coating micro-drilling, compared with widely used white drilling, may prolong the service life by three times. After it is used in the entire industry, it can save 2 billion Yuan/year of procurement funds for PCB enterprises, enhance output efficiency by 30%, and leave 2 billion Yuan/year profit tax space for coating micro-drilling enterprises.
It is proposed to build coating micro-drilling industrial base in Xi’an by two stages, with scale of production up to 40 million pieces, of which the annual output is 8 million pieces in the first stage.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 90 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, it can form two high-tech technology-intensive industrial enterprises with annual capacity of 40 million pieces and production value of 500 million Yuan. It will become the leading brand of filming micro-drilling.
