III. Project Description
Characterized by high efficiency, quick speed, automation and continuity, chromatographic separation technology has become the important fundamental equipment in pharmaceutical industry. At present, China's related products are under foreign monopoly. Bio-sep Bio-technique Stock Co., Ltd. of Xi'an Jiaotong University is the only company which may produce separation media in large scale in China. With complete types of media, especially the production of monodisperse filler, it has laid solid foundation for China to produce chromatographic column. Based upon home-made monodisperse chromatographic filler with independent IPRs, the Project has produced above 5 cm industrial preparative chromatography systems and equipment in China, forming national industrial preparative chromatography technology research engineering center with independent innovation capacity.
The Project will expand the production scale of monodisperse PGMA separation media (20l to 50l on daily basis); complete the production of industrial preparation chromatographic column and ancillary equipments; research column packing technique of industrial preparative chromatography; achieve supporting industrial preparative chromatography systems and ancillary works; build TCM standardized production lines relying upon industrial preparative chromatography and GAP herbs in west.

Total investment of the project is 120 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The product and technology service prospect is broad. After the completion of the project, the sales income will be 560 million Yuan, value-added tax and its additives will be 40.12 million Yuan. Annual average profit 99.76 million Yuan.
