The Main business: design and production of high power semiconductor parts, whole set of high-low voltage electric equipment, the design and construction of Intelligent Building- Management System. The company has a total asset of over 39 million Yuan and it has over 20 technicians and developers including 6 senior engineers and 16 engineers. The company structured with semiconductor parts company, electric building company, general manager office, finance department and product research development department.

III. Project Description
In July, 2005, the double chip lamp which uses high power LED semiconductor was successfully developed. In August, the finalized design for production passed, which make it safer. In order to occupy the market and obtain the maximum economic benefits, with the approval of Board of Directors and the decision-makers, the company decided to invest 50 million Yuan to build a production line for high power and white light LED encapsulation, with annual output of 6 million pieces.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan. The enterprise self-financed and completed the investment of 13 million Yuan (workshop and supported facilities has completed) in the prophase. The new increased investment of 37 million Yuan is required. Cooperation form: cooperation, joint venture. The investment amount and purpose is not restricted.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, because the application field of WGBHRF series LED semiconductor is wide, the target market shall be orientationed according to the actual production capacity and its specialization manner. At present, several detailed market is confirmed. They are building landscape illumination, street lamp, and safety lamp. The total volume of target market is estimated to be 102 billion pieces. In these detailed market, we provide different clients with the same products with different performance.
According to the estimated annual income and profit conditions, the profit and tax rate of the investment is 36.67%, and the profit rate of investment is 33.33%. The investment recovery period is 20 months.
