It has rich research, development and production experiences in micro light, laser, infrared night vision, video image scout, photoelectricity representation and control fields. Its scope of business covers various fields of navy, land forces and air forces.

III. Project Description
High-power semiconductor laser night vision system adopts concealed semiconductor laser as illuminated light sources, CCD as receiver. It forms the initiative night vision device cooperated with optical telescope system and laser optics system.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
The planned investment of the project is 20 million Yuan. 15 million Yuan of investment needs to be invested by the cooperative party. It is to set up joint-stock company or limited liability company to conduct commercial operation. The cooperation form recognized by both parties is acceptable.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
High-power Semiconductor Laser Night Vision System is mainly used in the following fields: small arms such as snipe-musket, antitank guided missile controlled and guided by TV. It can be used in initiative imaging controller combined with lidar technology. It also used in public securities, antiterrorism. It belongs to high-tech products. It was used for military and civil market in 1990s in European and American countries. The prospect is bright.
