III. Project Description
It is planned to build a standard GMP workshop and 5 production lines with annual output of 14 million injury emergency treatment plasters. Injury emergency treatment plaster can prevent hemolysis through hemostases sponge to activate the blood coagulation mechanism. It can combine double hemostasia function. It is a kind of hemostasia plaster that could quickly and effectively control vein and artery bleeding caused by injury. Its operation is easy, safe and reliable. The plaster is widely used. It is an emergent treatment product when the injury happens without treatment facilities. The birth of the product will make great contribution for saving the life of the wounded, decreasing the accident and reducing the death rate of the wounded caused by war.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
The total investment of the project is 176.5 million Yuan and 60 million Yuan shall be introduced. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
This product is widely used in hemostasia in serious accidents in various mining and plant, traffic wound, sports-related wound, wound in field exploitation and school accident, wound for war, as well as the surgical operation, burn, dentistry, tooth, haemophile and other bleeding illness. The annual demand is about 14 million pieces. So the market prospects is very broad.
After the completion, the project can realize sales income of 1.75 billion Yuan, profit of 537.1371 million Yuan. The investment profit rate is 447.61% and the investment payback period is 2.53 years (including construction period). Each of the indexes is superior to the industry indices.
