III. Project Description
The Project is to produce 500 tons of high purity α-linolenic acid, which is a hi-tech project jointly developed by the Company and the Fourth Military Medical University. The α-linolenic acid benevolence oil may lower blood fat and blood pressure, curb thrombus, prevent myocardial infarction, inhibit the emergence and transformation of cancers, protect eyesight, strengthen the intelligence, etc. It has not any poisonous side effect, but has remarkable health care and therapeutic effect, and also accords with the production requirements of national foods, health products and medicines. Its technological level and process flow have reached the international leading level.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 88 million Yuan. The cooperation form is joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
It is estimated to realize total industrial output value of 150 million Yuan, sales income of 180 million Yuan, tax of 34 million Yuan a year. The investment recovery period is 3 years.
