III. Project Description
It is planned to build a five-storey stereo parking lot with 500 parking units. Aiming at the practical problems in parking system of our country, the project is to research and develop a parking lot with new concept. The system is a new type high-dense automatic parking system. It integrates the modern elevator technology and logistics technology and it solves the low utilization rate of the existing stereo parks and space, therefore, it realizes the targets that the minimum space park maximum cars.

Total investment of the project is 10.355 million Yuan. Cooperation form: investment, cooperation or joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
With the quick development of economy of China, the car will gradually enter families. As the car price is sharply decreased. Private car quantity developed quickly. If all parking lots adopt traditional parking way, the new increased parking area is striking. The design of the parking lot can realize the reconstruction of old parking lot and also can reduce the cost of parking lot construction. In order to support the overall pattern of city planning of the government, under present city conditions, especially the central area which the land use is intensive and parking demand is centralized, this parking pattern is an economic and effective measure to solve the parking problem. The parking position in 2010 is estimated to be about 1 million. The project return is stable and the demand is sufficient. The internal rate of return of the project is 53%. Profit and tax will be 90 million Yuan. The dynamic investment recovery period is 3.5 years.
