The company has a registered capital of 10 million Yuan and the total assets of 45 million. Its main business is real estate development. There is a decoration company, a survey institute, a notarized office under the company. It has developed Weihe highway residential building totaled over 40 buildings. The total area is over 200,000 m².　

III. Project Description
Wanxiang International Business Square is invested and built by Baoji City Jiuhua Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd at the site of former Worker’s Culture Palace. It is planned to build a new experienced complex business center which meet the development requirements of Baoji City. The project has a covered area of 28377m², the total construction area of 110000 m². There are 5 storeys above the ground, 2 storeys under the ground and a parking lot with about 300 car positions.

Total investment of the project is 500 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment.
