III. Project Description
Chencang Modern Logistics Base is a comprehensive logistics base focusing upon commerce & trade and wholesale of light industrial goods as well as delivery of means of production and commercial convention and exhibition. It is planed to build Northwest Wholesale Trade Center and Baoji Municipal Logistics and Delivery Base by three stages within 6 years. The project covers an area of 1100 mu, including 350 mu of reserved land. The total construction area is 437,000 m². The project site and planning has obtained the approval of construction department of Chencang District.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 810 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment, joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, it can hold over 5000 businessmen and the third party logistics enterprises of 50. Up to 2010, the transacting volume of the base will be 1.9 billion Yuan. Up to 2020, the volume will reach over 7.4 billion Yuan. The average tax is 73 million Yuan. The service industries such as food, entertainment related to processing, packing, consulting, transportation and storage appears accordingly. It can supply positions for 30000 persons at least.
