III. Project Description
The project is located in the plane town of China-Yanliang District, Xi’an. The ring expressway and Xiyu Expressway run across its territory. The traffic is convenient. The economic development in its territory is active and income of employees is increasing at a high and stable speed. Therefore, the car demand and service is increasing sharply. It is planned to build an auto exhibition and exchange center, including automobile exhibition and exchange zone, automobile parts exchange zone, check line of imported automobile, automobile fans club, comprehensive administration building and warehouse. The project has a covered area of over 200 mu and a construction area of over 100,000 m².
