Xi¡¯an Chanba River Development Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 430 million Yuan, the company is a state-owned sole-funded company under Administrative Committee of Xi¡¯an Chanba River. It has many subsidiary companies such as Xi¡¯an Chanba Guangyuntan Industry Co., Ltd, Xi¡¯an Chanba Ecological Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Xi¡¯an Chanba Ecological Garden Scenic Spot Co., Ltd. the company is responsible for the construction of Chanba Ecological Zone, Tourism Scenic Spot and Riverway comprehensive treatment, as well as the development of real estate and home commercial projects.
III. Project Description
The Project lies in the former site of ancient Guanyuntan in the west bank of Chanhe River, adjacent to Yongping Road in the north, to Binxi Road in the east, to Chanba Street in the south, and to West Chanshui Road in the west. It is only 100m away from meeting site of Eurasian Economic Forum, opposite to Chanhe River.
International Area of Xi'an Silk Road has three major functional sections: (1) Posthouse section includes consulates (liaison departments and offices), international permanent organizations and city agencies. (2) Silk Road International Street section includes Silk Road historical and cultural gallery, Silk Road cultural celebrities (Mark Polo, Zhang Qian, Ban Chao, Tang Xuanzang, etc.) sculptures, Silk Road tourism service center, Silk Road featured food customs section, Silk Road featured clothing section, ex-site residence (apartments). (3) Silk Road International Business section includes Silk Road international business section, Eurasian Continental Bridge Financial Street, office building (Corporate representative office) and featured hotel.
The Project covers an area of 1,600mu, total construction area is about 1.3 million m2, of which 100,000 m2 is for posthouse section, 200,000 m2 for Silk Road International Street, and 1 million km2 for business activities section. During the construction, it specially absorbs Byzantium, Roman, Gothic and Russian architectural styles along the Silk Road.
It is urgent for relevant international organizations and countries to strengthen the cooperative development of the Silk Road tourism. "Single Visa for Silk Road" proposed by the United Nations Development Program is being under implementation actively. As the starting point of the Silk Road recognized universally at home and abroad, Xi¡¯an is the largest central city in Chinese section of new Eurasian Continental Bridge. Projects in international section on the Silk Road and the Eurasian Economic Forum will inevitably play irreplaceable important roles in regional economic cooperation.
