Now the company has a registered capital of 170 million Yuan and the total asset is nearly 1 billion Yuan. It has over 8000 employees and 13 subcompanies and 7 subsidiary companies, 52 business dots of the whole city and 18 joint management enterprises at home and broad. Meanwhile, Tangcheng Department Store Group is under his trusteeship. Since 2000, the enterprise has stood the top in “Top 100 National Catering Enterprises” in consecutive 4 years. It won the first in “2002 top 10 catering enterprises” in dinner issued by State Statistics Bureau.　

III. Project Description
1. Construction contents and scale
The project has a planned area of 12.345 mu (including road requisition), a buildable area of 40000m², ground parking lot area of 700 m², underground parking lot area of 1300m². The building density is 46%, FAR is 3.3 and grass land area is 800 m². It is located at No.364, Dongdajie Street, and the southeast angle of Duanlvmen Crossing. It is against Dongdajie Street (50m wide) in the north, Duanlvmen Street (50 m wide) in the west, 500 m away from Bell Tower, 500 m south of Beilin Museum and Culture Street, 150 m east of Huangcheng Hotel.
There is a 315VA transformer and 50 water supply meter wells, 1.5 m (diameter) of south-north discharged pipe, 9 m west of red line, 0.5 m (diameter) of main discharged pipes in planned area. There is an east-west thermal pipe at the 13 m north of the red line. The telecom distributes in its surrounding area. The planned area realizes “6 Connections and One Leveling”. The planning procedure is complete and it is a gold section of commercial and trade.
