Shaanxi Dingtai Material Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Disheng Logistics Co., Ltd and Shaanxi Dingtai Material Co., Ltd. united to invest and build logistics center in Xi¨an International Port Zone. Shaanxi Dingtai Logistics has office in Dongyuan Road Logistics and Wuyang Steel Market and Lanzhou Steel Market. It has rich sales experiences in non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, building material, hardware and chemicals. At present, it has 100 staffs, of which middle and senior management talents accounts for 40% of its employees. Since 2000, it has been confirmed as general agent of northwest area by Guangzhou Steel Co., Ltd, Yantai Steel Tube Plant of Laiyang Steel Group and Panshi Seamless Steel Tube Plant of Tonggang Steel Group. It has established friend cooperation relationship with Baoshan Steel Commpany, Baotou Steel Company, Panzhihua Steel Company, Anshan Steel Company and other large steel companies. With reliable quality, smooth goods channel, creditability as service tenet, the clients are increasing stably. It has established long term business relationship with Changqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Corporation, Guangdong Shipbuilding plant, Automobile plant and various large refineries, boiler plants, expressway and railway etc. the business situation is advancing stably. Based on Shaanxi Disheng Logistics Co., Ltd, the newly built logistics project will enter a step further.
III. Project Description
West Region is the underdeveloped area of economy of our country that needs to enhance the development. The west area owns abundant natural resource. It enjoys an important position in economic development and productivity layout. Shaanxi has become the important exploiting and supply base of coal and petroleum. Xi¨an, the bridgehead of West China Development, also is the pivot city connecting the east and south area. Therefore, speeding up modernized processing of the modern logistics industry of West Region, especially Xi¨an has important practical significance and strategic significance to promote the harmonious and sustainable development. Western Steel, Coal and Petroleum Drill Material Modern Logistics Center will become the important logistics base of Xi¨an International Port Zone.
The project has a covered area of 200 mu and total construction area of 70000m2, of which the circulating area is 50000m2, logistics management information center is 10000m2 and other supported facilities is 10000m2. Annual throughput is 250,000 tons. The total GDP is 5 billion Yuan. The cumulative investment of the project is 200 million Yuan. Customers are welcomed to join for common development.
