Weinan City Construction Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (the company) is a state-owned sole investment company founded upon the approval of Weinan Municipal People¨s Government. The registered capital of the company is 240.2 million Yuan. The company is responsible for the city state-owned assets within authorized scope. According to the city construction investment plan approved by the municipal government, it is responsible for investment and financing of city construction project, overall process management on city construction project with all investment and stock participation. Since 2003, the company has taken managing city as concept to develop the city and successively invest 400 million Yuan for infrastructure construction of the new center of the city. The construction contents include: middle section of Letian Street, Urban Section of Weiqing Road, North Section of Cangcheng Road, West Section of Weihe Street. Meanwhile, it is to do well the development preparation of reserved land on both sides of the road.
III. Project Description
This project, integrating administration, economy and trade, is the symbol building of downtown in future Weinan. The project has a covered area of 30,000 m2 (equal to 50 mu). And the total construction area is 35,000 m2.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 180 million Yuan. The cooperation form: joint venture, cooperation or other forms.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The project is located in the central area of future Weinan, which is the key construction area in future 10 years. Value increase space is huge. The return rate is estimated to be over 20%.
