III. Project Description
The project is located in the hinterland of old urban area of Xi¨an and it connects Jiefang Road and Shangde Road from east to west, connects Xiyi road and Dongxin Street from south to west. It is the traditional business concentrated area. It is adjacent to Xi¨an Railway Station, the visitor flow is huge. The traffic is convenient and the supported facilities are complete. So it is appropriate to build top grade financial business area. The project covers an area of 94.35 mu, net utilized area 61.5 mu and the FAR is 3.56, building density is 54.4% and the total construction area is 146000m2. Because of the favorable geographical position, namely it lies in Jiefang Road Business Circle; meanwhile, with the further reconstruction of the surrounding area, it will be one of business area with most value potential.
The project is adjacent to Jiefang Road, the infrastructure such as water, power and gas is perfect. There is no crack. After the resettlement and compensation, it can be launched if the report for approval is completed. The project has obtained the land use right referring to the shed household reconstruction and related preferential policies and examining and approving formalities.
Total investment: the total investment of the City Finance Square is 438.5 million Yuan.
