The equipments and technical force of Shaanxi People Broadcasting Station lies at the advanced position in China. The required basic facilities and technical force for the project will enter the radio, film and TV market. Shaanxi is a big province in TV play production and issuance. Now there are 133 film and TV companies in Shaanxi province. The number of private film and TV company is in the top position in West China, the top row in the whole country. Building an advanced digital video and film center and providing the whole video and film making service for various film & TV companies will have a good market prospect. It is planned to co-build the project through introducing capital and partners.
