III. Project Description
Located in Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xi'an Printing & Packing Industry Base is the first printing industry base in west China. The planned area is 5000 mu, of which the first stage is 3000 mu. It aims to cultivating industry cluster and creating industry environment. It mainly covers high-tech printing, special printing and other related business. Its objective is to build a modern, multifunctional and whole-flow comprehensive industry base engaging in material supply, production and processing, sales, logistics and supported education and training, scientific research and information service. The ground breaking started officially on April 3, 2005. It has built 2300 mu. The early investigation and land preserve of the project shall be done well in 2007. The overall construction will begin in 2008. It will be completed in 2009.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 3.5 billion Yuan. The project is planned to introduce world-advanced printing technologies and equipment and attract investors with powerful strength for investment or cooperative development, so that it can realize integrated management and optimizing configuration in the printing industry chain.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
In the first stage, there are 26 projects that reside in the park and the sales income is estimated to be 3.47 billion Yuan. After the completion, it will enjoy the service of book publishing, material supply, production, processing and sales. The overall supported industry chain of product R&D, information service, education, service, and book logistics will form.
