III. Project Description
Zhengguo canal head of Zhangjiashan lies in the east bank of Jinghe River, 25km away from west Jingyang County. It is the site of Zhengguo canal head in Qin Dynasty (one of the three major water resources projects in ancient China) and the site of transfer project of Jinghe River. With numerous remains and beautiful river and hills, it is the fourth key protection unit issued by the State Council and known as "Ancient Chinese Water Conservancy Museum". Baiyan springs, hot springs and waterfalls are extensively scattered among the fairy stones. Identified by national departments, Shaizhudong spring contains abundant strontium, calcium carbonate, magnesium, and sodium, in line with national "Standards for Natural Mineral Drinking Water". The Project has been identified as the city-level key tourism project by Shaanxi Provincial Government.
Construction contents: It is proposed to construct 6 km asphalt road between Wangqiao-Zhangjiashan Scenic Spot; launch drifting items; repair historical site of transfer project of Jinghe River and symbolic engraved stones; build canal head villa (three-star); build production line for Shaizhudong mineral water and commercial street and parking lots.

Total investment of the project is 197.2 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The project has advantageous position. It is only 10 km away from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport. Xitong Railway and Xilan Expressway run across its territory. The traffic is developed. The vegetable and dairy base has taken shape and the commercial trade brings Jingyang nearly one million of visitors, which provide tourism industry with great visitor source. Provincial Highway 110 connects scenic spot, Tang Zhao Mausoleum, Sanyuan Town-god’s Temple, and Louguantai and forms a hot tourism network. After the completion of the project, it can receive 250000 person-times a year. The annual income is 40 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 3 years.
