III. Project Description
Muwang National Forest Park is located in Zhen'an County and it has an area of 3616 ha. The forest coverage is 98.3%. The Park boasts of its scenery of forest, mountain, stone and water, meanwhile, it is grand, lofty, dangerous, quiet and wild. The park consists of 4 scenic areas, totally 108 scenic spots. Xikang railway, national road 210 and the Xikang Expressway under construction is adjacent to the park. The traffic is convenient. At present, these projects in the project such as the branch highway, road for tourists, parking lot, communication and accommodation, public toilet has been completed. It is planned to introduce funds to further develop these spots, build multifunctional hall, three star hotel, small size commercial villa and other tourism service and recreation facilities.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 68.2 million Yuan including the investment for spots of 50.5 million Yuan and infrastructure of 17.5 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment, joint venture or cooperation (overall investment or subproject investment is acceptable).

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, the income of 43.5 million Yuan, profit of 16.65 million Yuan and tax of 3.48 million Yuan will be realized respectively. The investment recovery period is 4 years. After the infrastructure project is completed, the income of 8 million Yuan and profit of 3.5 million Yuan will be created. The investment recovery period is 6 years.
