III. Project Description
Shimen Mountain, located in southeast of Xunyi County Seat, belongs to the south Ziwuling Mountain extension. It is 30 km away from county seat. The altitude is 1855 m and the total area is 8856 ha. The forest coverage is above 98%. The mountain has a large virgin forest, natural grassland and various rare animal and plant resources. It has many historic relics such as Straight Road Relics (Qinzhidao), the second national defense project of Qin and Fu Su¨s Memorial Temple as well as some natural scenic spot such as Shimen Impregnable Pass, Peachflower River and Jiangyuan Lake. It is a forest park and natural reserve approved by Shaanxi Provincial People¨s Government.
It is planned to develop the natural scenic spots comprehensively including Chuanzhu Pond, Shaizhu Cave, Peach flower river, Shuangdie Waterfall, forest stream and Jiangyuan Lake comprehensively, recover and reconstruct culture scenery, build the tourism road, build tourism villa and primordial grass shed and open hunting ground and skiing ground. The construction area is 12800m2. The project has been approved by municipal planning and development commission.

Total investment of the project is 96 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation or joint venture.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The company has invested 20.1 million Yuan successively for the development of 10 scenic spots such as Liugai Wenying, Diehua Yixiang, Mapao Fountain, Jiangyuan Lake and etc. The tourism, accommodation facilities has been newly built. The open ceremony of the park started on July 3, 2005. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that it can receive visitors of 150,000 person-times, the income of 15 million Yuan and profit of 6 million Yuan will be realized.
