III. Project Description
Yuhua Palace Scenic Spot is 37 km away from Tongchuan City in the north, Shaanxi Province, which is the famous summering palace of Tang Dynasty and it also is the worshipping Buddha, sutra translation and death place of Tang Xuanzang. It is planned to carry out investment promotion with Xuanzang and Tang Culture as sign, characterized by summer holiday resort, ice and snow culture and ceramic culture. The project is planned to build a Tang-style street with an area of 20000 m² requiring capital of 17.71 million Yuan, to build Tang Xuanzang’s Adventure Park requiring capital of 31.9 million Yuan, a Fengyu Ecological Park with an area of 105000 m² requiring capital of 33.11 million Yuan, a hippodrome with an area of 13000 m² requiring capital of 42.7 million Yuan. After the completion, Yuhua Palace Scenic Spot will be the largest natural tourism recreational place in Tongchuan.

Total investment of the project is 1254.52 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the annual income is estimated to be 20 million Yuan. It has better economic and social benefits.
