III. Project Description
Yellow river is the mother river of Chinese People. Yellow River Hukou Waterfall is approved to be national geological park. It aims at the comprehensive development of scenic spots. The main construction contents include: 1. tourism service project in Beikou area of Caijia kiln; 2. tourism service project of Longwangdi scenic spot; 3. the tourism service project in main scenic spots of Hukou Waterfall; 4. tourism service project of sub-scenic spot of Yellow River; 5 tourism service project in sub-scenic spot of Mengmen Mountain; 6. the construction of tourism service facilities of sub-scenic spot of Gezhen Beach; and 7. the construction of tourism service facilities in Yichuan County. The business income is 120 million Yuan.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 250.76 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment, cooperation, joint stock or management on a commission basis.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the scenic spot can receive 600,000 person-times a year. The annual comprehensive income will reach 120 million Yuan and the profit 30 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 6 years (excluding construction period).
