III. Project Description
Huangling Tourism Industry Park Construction project has been submitted to provincial planning and development commission for approval of project initial through the documents Yanshijizong ［2002］709. The feasibility study report has been entrusted to Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. The planned area is 300 ha. and the construction area is 60 ha. The construction contents include "Three Parks, One Street, One River and One Center", namely Chinese Initialized Park, Chinese Family Name Park, Loess-style Park, Ancient-style Street, Chinese Worshipping Ancestor River and Culture and Sports Exhibition Center.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 150 million Yuan, of which, the construction investment of the first stage is 101.55 million Yuan, accounting for 68% of the total investment. The second is 48.45 million Yuan, accounting for 32% of the total investment. The project adopts joint venture, credit or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
According to statistics and development trend of tourism, the internal rate of return of finance after tax is 17.97%. The static investment recovery period is 7.83 years.
