III. Project Description
1. Project location
The project is located at Chanba Peninsula, south of Donghu Road, north of Baliusan Road and west of Baliuer Road. The project is located in core area of administration and commerce of the ecological area. It introduces the flowing water ecological concept and can provide high quality and various consumed modes. The project is planned to create a first multifunctional, high quality comprehensive business square with top-ranking comprehensive environment in Xi¨an, even West regions.
2. Construction contents
The shopping center of the whole ecological area covers an area of 100 mu. The FAR is 2.0 and the total construction area is 130000m2. There are 4 floors above the ground and one floor under the ground. The underground floor has 40000 m2, of which 10000 m2 is the equipment area. Each floor above ground is 25000 m2. It introduces the flow water system in the middle.
The main contents are: 1. commercial facilities: core facilities of shopping center including department store, supermarket, specialized shop, professional shop, discount shop, convenient shop, and the theme shop etc; 2. service facilities including bank, laundry, community service center; 3 culture and amusement facilities including library, theater, skating rink, sports center, art gallery and children amusement center etc.; 4 catering facilities including various eateries, cafeteria, groggery; 5. auxiliary facilities including large size parking lot.
After the project is completed, it will become a large commercial square with complete facilities and beautiful ecological environment and lofty taste, integrating shopping center, commercial corridor, walking street, supermarket, catering street and health care center. It also becomes one of business image symbols of Chanba Ecological Area and Xi¨an City.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 650 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment, cooperation or joint venture.
