III. Project Description
Mountain Hua Tourism Industry Park is established based on the Mountain Hua Scenic Spots, focusing on tourism service. It has favorable brand advantages, natural advantages and regional advantages. The Inustry Park is located in Huashan Hualu Scenic Spot, 1000 m to Xitong Expressway in the north, and connects Longhai Railway in the south, reaches the 500 m west of Xianyu River in the west and west bank of Duyu river in the east. It has an area of 16.56 km2. The industry park adopts overall planning and rolling development by stage, by taking Huashan culture as tie, natural experiences as theme, nature and big scenery as environmental characteristics. It is a mutual complementarily with Huashan Scenery. It has formed the concentration place of human landscape. Based on this, it has formed its own system and it has become a comprehensive tourism development zone with characteristics and competitiveness. Mountain Hua Tourism Industry Park is planned to be 6 areas (Hotspring reccreation holiday area, cultural and sports area, nonpollution industry area, ecological agriculture area and Xianyu Entrance Area) and 4 parks (Folk Custom Park, Hotspring Paradise, Xiyue Elegant Park, Taoist Holy Land Park), 5 centers (hotspring bathing center, Yuquan Lake Fishing Center, Folk Arts Center, Sports Center and Shopping Center), 3 museums (Institutes) (Huashan Culture Research Institute, Huashan Museum and the 4th Cave Scenery), 2 villages (＾Qinchuan Renjia￣ folk custom village, Xiyue Hotspring Villa), a street (Xiyue Food Street), one cinema (Ring-shaped cinema). It is a special comprehensive modern industry park which is based on Shaanxi Folk Custom Park, centered on Huashan Culture, integrated natural scenery, human landscape and historical scenery. It will supply beautiful blueprint for investors from all circles.
