III. Project Description
The project is situated at the headstream of Jialing River, which is agreeable for economic forest and famous medical materials. The project is planned to take 3-5 years to plant 1000 mu of meadow, interplant 1000 mu of Chinese Traditional Medicine crops, plant 10000 Gastiodia elatas, 10000 ashes, raise 1000 musk deer and deer and other wild animals, 10000 cattle, sheep and pigs. It is intended to introduce the cooperative partner to build forest, medical material planting base and leisure and holiday area.

Total investment of the project is 47 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperative development.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The annual production value after 3 years is estimated to be 18 million Yuan, and annual profit 10.04 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is about 5 years excluding 3 years’ construction period.
