III. Project Description
The project is located in the joint-constructed area of Xi¨an and Xianyang. It is 10 km away from the airport. Hotspring Holiday Park of Fenghe River New Area is built against Fenghe River. It is the only road to west line tourism in Shaanxi. After the project is completed, it will become the best recreation place for urban citizens of Xi¨an and Xianyang. The hotspring here boasts abundant reserves, and high quality fountain. The water temperature is 108 centigrade and the runoff is 180m3/h. After test, the water quality has reached the natural mineral water standard and heat standard for medical treatment. The project, relying on natural landscape and rich geothermal resources against Fenghe River, will be built into a comprehensive hotspring holiday product integrating agricultural sightseeing, feet curativeness, recreation, amusement and exhibition. The project covers an area of 1.137 million m2 including hotspring area, leisure and entertainment area, sports and health center, basket and tennis ball and goal and other sports areas and exhibition center, modern planting area and ecological tourism and sightseeing area.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 1200 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation or sole investment.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, it is estimated to receive tourists of 200,000 person-times a year. The tourism comprehensive income is estimated to be 40 million Yuan and total annual income 92.9 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 6.85 years.
