Shaanxi People's Hotel Co., Ltd was confounded by Shaanxi Provincial Investment Group (monetary investment, 100 million Yuan), Xi¨an People¨s Hotel (contribution in kind, 72 million Yuan) Shaanxi Jinxin Industry Development Co., Ltd (monetary investment, 5 million Yuan). The company is in charge of reconstructing, preparation for business starting and operation of Xi¨an People¨s Hotel.
III. Project Description
Xi¨an People¨s Hotel is located at No. 319, Dongxin Street. It was firstly built in 1953, with a covered area of 104 mu. Its reconstruction project began in 2003 and was completed on December 31, 2005. In January 2006, it was formally put into operation. The total construction area increased to 129000m2 from 56000m2 and guest rooms increased to 893 from 514 (including 153 unreconstructed rooms in No. 1 building). It has become a five-star hotel concerning foreign affairs from 3-star one.
By the end of December 31, 2005, 672 million Yuan had been invested in the expansion project. The project is planned to transfer 49% or less for cooperation. The project was fully completed on December 31, 2005. Now it runs well.
