Shaanxi Hongling Machinery Plant belongs to machine-building and electronics industries. It mainly produces small and middle size gas and diesel Generators clusters. There are a lot of developable resources such as workshop, ground, equipment and product.

III. Project Description
Based on the workshop, ground and effective assets of Shaanxi Hongling Machinery Plant and relying on dual-use gas and diesel power units, absorbing external funds, products, management and technique, the project adopts such cooperation forms as merger, stock participation and stock control management and realizes investment diversification.　
Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan and 20 million Yuan shall be financed by other parties. Cooperation form: merger, stock participation or stock control.
Diversification of power supply is the trend of social economic development. The small and middle size movable power station has market prospect. Especially, it has a nonreplaceable effect in military equipment. Good product orientation and optimized capital integration will obtain satisfied investment return.
