III. Project Description
The enterprise has a fixed asset of 115.52 million Yuan, tangible asset and other asset of 31.22 million Yuan. The main products are ?17-- ?244.5 hi-frequency welded tube and hot dip galvanizing welded tube. Its products are granted the famous brand product of Shaanxi province. The enterprise covers an area of 147.416 mu. Now, it has a 219, 114 and 48 weld pipe production line respectively, a hot dip galvanizing production line, the slitting production line and a machinery-processing workshop. Each production line enjoys complete supplying facilities of wind, water, gas and power and hoisting equipment. The finished product warehouse covers an area of 40 mu, meanwhile it is equipped with a gantry crane of 20 tons and a gantry crane of 5 tons.
The total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan. The Company is intended to use the existing assets to introduce capital and cooperate with investors through overall or partial lease or processing with materials or reorganize property right through the whole merger and acquisition. The company will provide all preferential policies to rejuvenate the assets for new development.
With the continuous development of infrastructure, large size engineering projects, petroleum and natural gas projects, the sales volume of hi-frequency welded tube is about 150,000 tons and the benefit is considerable.
