III. Project Description
Yan'an Thermal Power Plant is a key environmental State-owned enterprise in Yan¨an comprehensive treatment of urban air pollution, which is located in Yingbin Road of Yan¨an City and covers an area of 160mu. It has 579 workers (85% workers are 35 years old), including 3 workers with senior titles, 24 with intermediate titles and 103 primary titles, most of whom graduated from technical secondary schools and specialized technical schools. Its scope of business covers power generation and heat supply. With total assets of 199 million Yuan and net fixed assets of 124 million Yuan, it has 2 sets of turbo-generators (total installed capacity: 12 MW; 1# is double-steam extraction heat supply; 2# is condensing steam, which was transformed into steam extraction unit in 2000), and 3 sets of medium-pressure pulverized coal boilers (75 t/h), total investment in these devices is 187 million Yuan. The current heating capacity is 1.6 million m2, annual power output is 144 million kwh, and urban heating area is 1.55 million m2. Its ultimate installed capacity is "Four-boiler and three-generator" (namely, four 75 t/h boilers and three 12 MW generators for heat supply), heating capacity is about 2.2 million m2, and annual output value is about 40 million Yuan. It is proposed to build one set of 12 MW turbo-generator and one 75 t/h medium-pressure pulverized coal boiler this year.
