III. Project Description
Baoji Bearing Plant is a key state-owned middle size enterprise. Bearing and spring are its leading products. It has a covered area of 100,000 m², 8 workshops with an area of 11139 m², a staff of 640 and a registered capital of 18.52 million Yuan. The enterprise owns the whole set of bearing production line equipment involving forging, cutting, heat, grinding and assembly facilities and it has the production capacity of 2-3 million sets (now it is producing in small size). It also has a whole set of spring　production equipment with production capacity of 400-600 tons, over 20 sets of pressure equipment and a free forging equipment and idle workshop of 4000m².
The workshop and equipment is complete and it is not necessary to invest in. The bearing market is broad and sales channel is smooth. The spring production is supported. The order quantity is large. It has many users. The product has high additional value and the market potential is huge.
Now it is intended to adopt such cooperation forms as overall transfer, joint venture, cooperation, product introduction and merger.
