III. Project Description
The plant was founded in 1998, mainly engaging in textiles. It has an annual sales income of over 100 million Yuan. A production line with 40000 spindles is under construction. The project content includes: 1. reorganize the assets of No. 13 plant and change the status of the employees; and 2. innovate the production line to form a production capability of middle and top grade cotton yarn and shuttleless textile. The investment and innovation of textile production line does not need examination for approval. It is intended to introduce investment of 50 million Yuan.
The cotton and textile industry has broad market prospect. Although the profit space is reducing, yet the market is comparatively stable. It is an ideal industry for long term investment. The gross rate of textile industry is about 5-30% for different products. The investment recovery period is 3-8 years.
