Baoji Grand Hotel is a comprehensive Three-Star foreign-related hotel integrating catering, guest room, health care and amusement, and tourism. The Hotel adopts the overall frame structure, and the main building has 22 floors, 84.1m high, with construction area of 25,000m2. Baoji Grand Hotel is a state-owned enterprise with gross equity capital of 6 million Yuan, of which, 2 million Yuan is state-owned shares, accounting for 30%; 4 million Yuan is staff shares, accounting for 70%. The Hotel has total assets of 150 million Yuan and total liability of 120 million Yuan, and the asset-liability ratio is 80%. The hotel boasts complete functions and it has 235 guest rooms, 6 meeting rooms, Chinese restaurant and flavor restaurant (area: 2,000 m2; seats: 800; booths: 18), bowling court, bar, tea garden, dance hall, sauna center, as well as an indoor parking lot accommodating 35 vehicles. The hotel is the largest hotel in Baoji city.
Baoji Grand Hotel has gross equity capital of 6 million Yuan. Now it is intended to remise overall or partial asset. If hold the company through stock participation, the enterprise is willing to remise 4 million stock rights of staff shareholding board, therefore it can hold the company by holding 70% of stock rights. If participating in the stock, it is willing to remise 2 million Yuan of state stock. The investor may purchase its assets and arrange its employees, and carry some debts.
The project may obtain an annual income of 17 million Yuan by introducing private enterprise mechanism and investing little capital to reconstruct. If the 70% is gross profit, the annual gross profit will be 12 million Yuan, profit 5-6 million Yuan. Deducted the lease of 3 million Yuan, it may obtain 3 million Yuan. The whole investment may be recovered within one year. The return rate is 50%.
