The company has a total asset of 69.37 million Yuan and the main production equipments include 5 melting copper furnace of 600 kg, 1 set of extrusion machine of 1600 tons and 1 set of extrusion machine of 800 tons, 2 copper ingot ovens and 5 tractors of 3, 5, 8 and 20 tons, 2 special ¡é300¡Á600 rolling mills, 2 annealing furnaces and 2 sets of pickling equipments. The company has over 20 years¡¯ history and experience on steel and cooper alloy smelting and processing. It has processed various brass, special brass, various aluminum bronze, cupronickel, various red copper, oxygen free copper and copper alloy successively, meanwhile it also has carried on the task of producing bar-shaped and round shaped bearing band for military enterprises of China. It mastered the technologies of copper alloy and section material. The processing technology on oxygen free copper ranked the top in its kind. The progress of production technology of copper alloy obtained the recognition and good appraisal from related experts. The product category covers from ancient bronze artwork, common industry copper alloy casting and copper component to industry copper, bar material and military use copper and cooper alloy products. Now it is intended to adopt the cooperation form of joint venture, cooperation or property right transfer.
In copper power vacuum component industry, Shaantong Company has become the preferred provider and the largest oxygen free copper pipe provider excluding Luotong Company. The various copper materials are sold to Beijing, Sichuan, Liaoning, Guizhou, Qinghai, Hebei, Chongqing, Yunnan, Gansu, Shanxi and Jiangsu. The products of the company radiate the electric power, electronics and machinery of the whole country. The small specification oxygen free copper bar produced in our company has occupied 80% of market share in national vacuum electric industry.
