III. Project Description
Shaanxi Jiumian Industrial Co., Ltd., former Shaanxi No. 9 Cotton Textile Plant, is a liability limited company co-funded by China Cinda Asset Management Corporation, China Huarong Asset management Corporation, Shaanxi Textile Industry Corporation and SDIC Machinery & Light Industries Corp. Ltd after the State Council approved to implement the debt transferring stock. The company is formed by the cotton textile production line and Polyamide 6 Curtain Cloth Production Line. The Polyamide 6 Curtain Cloth Production Line was built in 1991 and the whole set of advanced equipment is introduced from Germany, Switzerland and USA. After the technology innovation of 2nd and 3rd stage, now it has two polyplants, 28/56 head spinning machine and 64 sets of compound twister and straight twisting arrangements, 16 sets of shaft curtain cloth looms, and 1 set of rubber dip machine. The production process adopts computer controlled. It can produce polyamide fiber 6 slice of 13000 tons, polyamide fiber 6 industrial yarn of 12000 tons and cementdipping curtain cloth of 9000 tons. In 2003, the export value occupied 10%. The company is the important production base of polyamide curtain cloth in northwest region and the leading enterprise of curtain cloth production in China. In 1997, it passed ISO9001 Quality Management System and Product Quality Certification. ＾Jinfeng￣ Brand cementdipping curtain cloth is the famous product of Shaanxi province. The production area covers an area of 166000 m2, which enjoys complete supported facilities including water, electricity and gas.
When the both parties arrive at the cooperative agreement, it will take the net assets (after assessment) as the total investment of the project. The project is intended to remise the Polyamide 6 Curtain Cloth Production Line. The investor may establish sole-funded company or hold the newly founded the joint venture.
