The Twelfth  Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West China was held at Qujiang International Conference Hall in Xi'an,Shaanxi,China on April 5,2008.  Delegations from 31 provinces and municipalitis all over the countries and  visitors and  clents from 56 states and districts all over the world participated the forum.
