Xi’an Fengjing Hi-Tech Industrial Park is located 2 km east of Huxian County, which has got a fine reputation of “Folk Painting Town of China”. Within the area, satisfactory conditions are provided in aspects of water pipe and drain, power and water supply, road construction, CATV and broadband communications. Moreover, all the ground has been leveled. As for power supply, an 110KV substation and two 10KV supply networks have been set up. Mobile communication network is well constructed and the program-control exchanger with transaction capability of 7000 sets is provided. In addition, a sewage disposal plant is set up and all necessary facilities for wastewater discharge are supplied.
