On January 12, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce released Announcement NO. 2 and No. 3 in 2016, deciding to launch anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on imports of Distiller’s Dried Grains with or without Solubles from the U.S.. The English name of the product of this anti-dumping and countervailing investigation is “Distiller’s Dried Grains with or without Solubles.” It is filed under the Customs Tariff of Import & Export Commodities of PRC, with HS code: 23033000.


Distiller’s Dried Grains with or without Solubles is dried materials of alcohol distillery residues gained in the process of making alcohol (ethanol) by using corn or other grains as the raw material. It is mainly used as the animal feedstuff.
